Best of 2008 Part 1

Well can you believe that it has come to that time of year again where we are farewelling one year and welcoming in a new one? We can't! This time of year is such a magical time, with Christmas on the way and then the new years parties on top of that, so much to organise, so little time.

Anyway this week on the show is our best of 2008 part 1 special! This is where we play the top 50 Urban songs that made Phat Music in 2008. This week will be 50 to 26 and then next week will be our top 25 songs for the year!

So how this has come about is throughout the year we had our Phat 22's and Katie's Phat 5's, well those songs are tallied according to position in those countdowns and therefore those points are tallied to make the final countdown. So in this case in the Phat 22 Number one is 22 points and so on and with Katie's Phat 5, Number one is 5 points and so on. Hope that's clear.

We are very excited to bring you the music that made 2008 and even more excited about the music that will embrace us in the new year. We will also be sampling some new music from Bliss N Eso.
