Featuring is featuring on this show

This Friday night on Phat Music we are featuring artists that feature eachother. Confused? Well let me explain. There are a lot of Urban tracks that have artists that feature another artist on the song. Well for the whole show we are featuring these tracks. Ok now I am getting confused here. Let me give you some examples. Take Timbaland and Kerry Hilson who feature on "The way I are" or Usher and R Kelly with their song "Same girl" Got it? Good.

We have all the regulars which feature including The Flava (goss), Urban World (charts) and Sold Out updating all the latest on the live scene which will feature a featuring track.

Of course you can get your favourite Urban tune on the airwaves by phoning 52225 947, email phatmusiccrew@hotmail.com and sms 0488 259 947.

But Until next week
Stay Phat!

Free for all anyone?

Ok for this week's show is our Phat Free for all! What better opportunity this week to play all your requests and more. We also have new music from the likes of Busta Rhymes featuring Linkin Park, Rihana, Neyo and Mary J Blige which will feature as a Phat Double with one of her best tunes as well.

We have all our regulars which will include all the juiciest goss in The Flava, all the charts with Urban World plus also the update on the live scene in Sold Out which will include a track from Spit Syndicate, which is highly recommended to listen to!

Katie's Phat 5 is hotting up as well. Three tunes competing for the number one tune. Will it be Madonna and Justin Timberlake or Kelly Rowland with her awesome track work, two former number ones or will it be new comers Estelle and Kanye West who will take it out? Your votes are vital so get them in to make them count!

Yeah I love these shows!

I love it when we go back into time and we play songs from years gone by, it brings back so much memories. This week we are going back to 1996. Yes that year we did loose in my book the best rapper ever, the one and only Tupac Shakur, but there were some awesome artists and songs to come out of that year. We'll hear a track from Toni Braxton which was my first CD I ever bought, there will also be something new (well it was at the time) from Coolio and one from the late great Tupac as we lost him that year. Stay tuned it's gonna be a beauty!

All the regulars are in there as well. There are laughs in The Flava with who's doing what and who's doing who. The charts will be updated in Urban World. And in Sold Out, there will be all your live needs covered!

Just remember you can request your favourite tune and vote for Katie's Phat 5. Call (03) 52225947, sms 0488 259 947 and email phatmusiccrew@hotmail.com.

Until Next week....
